 I’ve been creating juice recipes for over the last 10 years trying about every vegetable and fruit combination I can think of. I’ve witnessed several success stories from juicing veggies and fruit to eating organic whole foods, some are family members and others are friends who have all improved their lives and rid their bodies of chronic ailments, like acid reflux and weight loss. I prefer food prep rather than cooking because of the variety of raw foods I savor; however, I have an abundance of cooking and baking recipes yet to be shared.  In the words of Hippocrates,  ”Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food.”
